The future of Evernham racing is very bright. They have 2 stars comming up into NASCAR. The first is Erin Crocker, she is going to be NASCAR's version of Danica Patrick. The other would be AJ Foyt IV from the IRL. Going to NASCAR would be a very smart move for AJ, his grandpa is only hurting him. Nothing against AJ Foyt, he was a great driver; but he is not a good owner.

Heck, Kayse Kahne is a bright rising star in his own right.

I think Jeremy Mayfield needs to go, he is a chase driver, but too incosistent to be at an organization like evernham. I like Kasey Khane, Erin Krocker is going to be good, she isn't ready for cup yet, but she will be in two or three years. CougarJeff is right about Khane, he is a rising star, and I think will either be with Evernham his entire career or change in a year or two
