A good way to get started is to go the events. Check out this link http://www.nhrasportcompact.com/ the next event will be Aug. 20 and 21 in Palm Beach FL. There are other locations so check out the schedule. You can also sign up for one of the races, don't need to be a pro to race, you can do it just for fun.
